Corporate/Workplace Pilates

Our corporate/workplace Pilates classes are available for one-off events or as a 6 week/12 week course of regular weekly classes. The inclusion of Pilates within a workplace environment has been shown to increase employee productivity, reduce stress levels/sick days and boost health and well-being. 

Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen the core, help reduce back pain, increase flexibility, and improve focus and mood. Emphasis is placed on breathing and relaxation as well as the strengthening of the whole body.

Choose from morning sessions for a refreshing start to the day or lunchtime sessions to boost afternoon productivity.
