BEGINNERS/IMPROVERS PILATES

Thursdays 5.20pm

Do you want to take an exercise class but are too nervous to start? Do you sometimes feel intimidated in a full-on, fast paced class? Then this Beginner class is for you!

This class is suitable for complete beginners or those who would like a little more guidance within a class. Its also a great option for anyone returning to Pilates after some time off! Its a slower paced class than the Mixed Ability, and whilst it still offers a challenge, we focus on the layering of exercises, to enable everyone to work at their own pace. 
This class focuses on the complete basics and fundamentals of Pilates, as well as breathing and deep core connection and creates a strong foundation for the rest of your Pilates journey!

Do you feel relatively confident in an exercise environment and want to explore Pilates at a slightly more dynamic pace? Then take a look at this Mixed Ability Class!

This class is sure to become your next obsession. It is a slightly faster paced class suited for a complete mix of abilities. The exercises in these classes can be adapted and progressed to ensure that there is an option for everyone!

1-1 PILATES

Are you looking for a personalised Pilates plan? Do you have specific goals but don't know how to achieve them? Then our 1-1 classes are perfect for you!

This is a tailored class to suit your individual needs and goals. We offer a free virtual meeting before your class so that we can discuss, in detail, what you would like to benefit from. You can have as many or as few 1-1 classes as you like. Some people find our 1-1 classes a great way to springboard into our Group Pilates Classes.
