This is a tailored class to suit your individual needs and goals. We offer a free virtual meeting before your class so that we can discuss, in detail, what you would like to benefit from. Before your class, we create a specific session plan tailored to you! You can have as many or as few 1-1 classes as you like. Some people find our 1-1 classes a great way to springboard into our Group Pilates Classes.
