I've never done Pilates before and I'm not sure what to expect!
Please don't worry if you've never done Pilates before! Our mixed ability classes are suitable for complete beginners. This is because we offer progressions and modifications for every exercise, meaning you can dial up or down as needed!
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes before class starts, where you will be greeted by Becky and have the opportunity to chat about the class, any injuries, and any queries or concerns you may have!
You'll then be guided through a class of stretching and strengthening exercises and we'll finish the class with a short meditation/relaxation which will leave you feeling calm and restored.

What should I wear to a Pilates class?
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. You can be barefoot or wear socks - totally up to you!
What should I bring?
Please bring a bottle of water and a Yoga/Pilates mat with you. If you don't have a mat for your first class, pop me a message and I'll bring a spare!
Where are the Pilates classes held?
Our Pilates classes are held at The Fishbourne Centre, Chichester.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is ample free parking in The Fishbourne Centre Car Park.
