What are Kettlebells?

Kettlebells  when used correctly are wonderful conditioning tools.  They can be used for various purposes such as:

  • cardiovascular conditioning

  • muscular endurance, especially the legs, buttocks and lower back
  • stamina
  • endurance
  • tone
  • strength

Kettlercise has proven to be an asset to injury prevention and the Kettlercise 12 week challenge has had some outstanding results in fat loss, inches & weight loss alongside a good healthy eating program.  Shape and weight changes are the result of this low impact and no co-ordination needed session.
