What are Kettlebells?
Kettlebells when used correctly are wonderful conditioning tools. They can be used for various purposes such as:
- cardiovascular conditioning
- fat loss
- strength gain
- muscular endurance, especially the legs, buttocks and lower back
Kettlercise has proven to be an asset to injury prevention and the Kettlercise 12 week challenge has had some outstanding results in fat loss, inches & weight loss alongside a good healthy eating program.
