The Grizzly 2010 - The Beauty & The Beach

This was my 16th Grizzly, in March 2010,  classed as the toughest foot race in Europe, the Grizzly attracts 2,000 runners from all over the U.K & Europe.  The Grizzly starts & finishes in Seaton and takes in Beer & Branscombe, over 20 miles of mud, pebbled beaches and breath taking cliff climbs... a must for all adventurers!
