Children In Need 3hr 'Fab n Fun' workout at Moorhayes Community Centre on Friday 20th November.
The sessions included Groove fx, a great fun dance aerobic workout to favourite tracks of music including Hip Hop, Disco, Latin & Rock ... followed by Stomp fx ... Hands in air music with easy to follow Step choreography including Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' ... 'Ghostbusters' & Black Betty ... and then to Step n Sweat ... a fabulous conditioning workout ... and to end a Pilates Chill out Stretch & Relaxation!
Afterwards ... and very deserved ... coffee & cakes!!! ... you will have earnt it.
The event was a fantastic success raising £470. Thank you to all who joined in, made and donated cakes and most of all to those who served the teas, coffees and washed up all morning!
Thank you to Tania Harcourt-cooze, who donated a Chocolate Cloud Forest Cake made by "Willies World Class Cacao" www.williescacao.com which was first prize in the mornings raffle and was won by Janeta Strong.
